Affordable Asbestos Removal Cardiff

At Affordable Asbestos Removal Cardiff, we understand the importance of safe and efficient asbestos removal in Caerphilly. As a leading asbestos removal company in Cardiff, we follow a strict procedure to ensure that all asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) are removed and disposed of in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.

Before any removal work can begin, a thorough asbestos survey must be conducted to identify the presence and extent of asbestos-containing materials in the building. Our experienced surveyors will assess the site and provide a detailed report outlining the location, type, and condition of the ACMs.

Once the asbestos survey has been completed, our team will develop a removal plan that takes into account the type and quantity of asbestos, the location of the material, and the potential risks associated with its removal. We will also ensure that all necessary safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) are available and in good condition.

Our trained and licensed asbestos removal technicians will carefully remove the asbestos-containing materials, taking care to minimize the risk of fibre release. We use specialized equipment and techniques to ensure that the removal process is carried out safely and efficiently.

All asbestos waste is carefully packaged and labeled in accordance with the relevant regulations. We ensure that all waste is disposed of at a licensed asbestos disposal facility, where it will be handled and processed in a safe and responsible manner.

Once the asbestos removal is complete, our team will conduct a thorough clearance and decontamination of the area to ensure that it is safe for reoccupation. This includes the removal of any remaining asbestos fibres and the cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces.

Upon completion of the asbestos removal and clearance, we will issue a certificate of reoccupation, which confirms that the area is safe for reoccupation.

We are fully insured for all types of asbestos removal and testing jobs, and our team is trained to the highest standards.
